I've hired Lindsey twice in the past year.

First, to help me sell my home. She assessed my home, made suggestions on how to stage it and get it in shape to show it. She took excellent professional photos to show it in the best light. She helped to set realistic expectations on how long it would take to sell, as well as what she believed we could sell it for. I was ecstatic when it sold for over our asking price! Selling our home with Lindsey was easy. Second, we hired Lindsey to help us buy a new home. We had pretty specific needs for our new home (single story, 3 way split floorplan, big yard and closer location for work). She helped us find the perfect neighborhood with many homes to choose from. The home we wanted to buy was being sold by a very difficult owner and 2 real estate agents. Lindsey was able to negotiate in a very stressful, practically hostile environment from the owner's real estate agents who had set unrealistic expectations. When I thought the sale was going to fall through, she helped us to locate other homes that suited our needs, which put us into a stronger bargaining position. We were able to get the home of our dreams and love it, all thanks to Lindsey. I've been recommending her ever since and will continue to do so. She's very responsive, professional, and smart! "Lindsey really helped us in the current crazy housing market. She always was on top of things and letting us know of potential houses that fit our criteria (budget, BRs, locations, school, etc). She always knew a lot about the neighborhoods of each house and if she didn't for some reason, she made sure she got us the answer. And even when our first bids did not work out, she was always positive that we would find our house. Finally, we struck gold after Lindsey helped us with writing a great bid to the owner. I mean we had a pretty good monetary bid, but Lindsey wrote some extra narrative that we thought would help especially in this competitive market. It worked and after months of looking, we are in the house the family loves and it's truly thanks to Lindsey for never giving up and having a positive attitude and outlook that kept us going even when bids didn't work out...and always with a smile. Very professional but also so friendly. Thanks so much, Lindsey. We wouldn't be here without you. And still need to invite you over once (and if we ever) get the house in order! "Lindsey was absolutely incredible in helping get us into our new home, I honestly cannot adequately express how good she is! We have never worked with any other agent that even came close to how thorough Lindsey was throughout the entire process. We were still living across the country, so she personally attended every inspection, every contractor appointment, EVERYTHING. She checked in with us daily, gave us constant updates on where we were and what was going on, stayed in regular communication with the listing agent and our mortgage lender for updates and progress. So hands on! We always knew exactly what was going on, which was a tremendous help.This particular sale threw almost every real estate curve ball in existence our way and Lindsey knocked them all out of the park and managed to get us to closing before the end of the year! There are too many agents out there who drop off the face of the Earth once those contracts are signed and Lindsey is NOT one of them, she earned her commission and then some with the amount of work she did for this sale. Wish every agent had even half of her knowledge, communication and work ethic!
